Synopsis:

In a Baghdadi neighborhood in 2006, ordinary people try to live their everyday lives amidst the threat of unpredictable violence.  At the heart of these stories is Sara, a single mother, and novelist.

Maysoon Pachachi is a London-based filmmaker of Iraqi origin. She has studied in Iraq, USA, and UK and gained a MA in Filmmaking in London.

Talal Al-Muhanna was born in Kuwait. He gained a BA and MA in “Film Production” from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK). He produces documentary and fiction films with an emphasis on MENA/Arab filmmakers.
