MAFF Development Funding

About

MAFF Development Funding is an initiative aiming to create a platform for new international partnerships and co-productions between the Nordic countries and the Arab world. MAFF Development Funding is designed to support to film projects that are in a state of development. Projects should focus on issues that concern Arab culture, identity and exile or are co-produced by Swedish and Arab producers. The aim of the initiative is also to lay the basis for a wider diversity in film production.

The initiative offers support to three types of film projects: feature, documentary and short.

MAFF Development Funding Feature and Documentary is presented in cooperation with the Swedish Film Institute.

MAFF Development Funding Short is presented in cooperation with Film i Skane.
