SYNOPSIS
Samar, Jude and Imad are 11-year-old school friends. Imad is shy and constantly anxious to fail, Jude is smart and spends his time playing. And Samar is a strong girl who is dyslexic. While they are all preparing for the Arabic exam the next day, Samar struggles with a poem about the sea. Reading it with difficulty, she decides that instead of going to school to recite a poem about the sea, she will go to the sea itself.
The next morning, Samar convinces her two friends to skip school. Imad resists in the beginning, but eventually follows. The three kids embark on a little adventure in their city, Tripoli. The encounter between the city and the three children creates magic at every corner, and magic leads them to the Mediterranean. They swim in the sea. It talks to them and in poetry they reply.
