ABOUT FILM
The Bridge (2024) follows Foued and Tita, who stumble upon a packet of cocaine while filming a hip-hop video. They decide to sell it at a nightclub, and their lives change as they make risky choices while crossing the bridge each night.

WALID MATTAR
Walid Mattar is a Tunisian filmmaker. Very young, he joined the Tunisian Federation of Amateur Filmmakers. His first short film, The Battleship Abdelkarim, was a national and international success.
His second short, Sbeh el Khir, was screened in Cannes Festival in 2006 (World Cinema Section). After that, he directed several short, namely Baba Noel (France) and Offrande (Tunisia). His debut feature, North Wind had a theatrical release in Tunisia and France and received the Tahar Cheriaa Award, the TV5 Monde Award and Best Screenplay at Carthage International Film Festival 2017. The Bridge is his second feature.
